Menopause is a natural part of aging that often comes with a range of physical and emotional challenges. The nurturing touch of my therapies not only provides comfort but also helps to ease these symptoms, offering relief and renewal.

The menopause treatments I offer, including my Signature Aromatherapy Massage and Reflexology, are designed to support women during this significant phase of life when hormonal fluctuations can be unpredictable. While the menopause process cannot be stopped, these therapies aim to balance and regulate hormones, making the transition smoother and less challenging. Aromatherapy Massage for Menopause​​​​​​

 

This holistic therapy is centered on compassion, care, and specialised massage techniques designed to address both the physical and emotional effects of menopause.  Menopause massage utilises light pressure and slow, steady movements to help the body relax. Each treatment is tailored to suit your specific needs, which will be discussed during the consultation process.

Your individual goals—whether achieving calmness, easing aching joints and muscles, or simply experiencing relaxation—are always considered. In addition to soothing massage movements, specific acupressure points are worked on to help regulate hormone production. To further enhance the experience, carefully selected essential oils are incorporated, supporting relaxation and hormonal balance.

Reflexology for Menopause​​​​​​​

Menopause-focused reflexology differs from regular sessions by concentrating on the endocrine system—the body’s network of glands responsible for hormone regulation. These include the ovaries, adrenals, pituitary, hypothalamus, thyroid, parathyroid, pineal, thymus, and pancreas.

These glands play a critical role during menopause, influencing metabolism, energy levels, stress responses, and mood. Reflexology helps regulate and support the hormonal changes occurring during this time. This deeply relaxing therapy is customized to your unique needs, which are discussed in detail during the consultation process.
