Rebalance & Renew with Reflexology £48

(Allow 1 hour for appointment)

Reflexology is more than just a treatment—it’s an ancient healing art! Dating back over 5,000 years, it has roots in traditional Chinese medicine and Egyptian practices, where pressure points on the feet, hands, and ears were believed to connect with the body’s organs and systems.

This technique has evolved into a modern holistic therapy, designed to stimulate these reflex points to:

  • Relieve stress & tension

  • Improve circulation

  • Boost energy levels

  • Encourage natural healing

The benefits of soaking your hands & feet in

copper

Copper has a number of health benefits, including naturally killing many germs, bacteria and reducing pain and inflammation. Soaking your feet in a copper bowl can help to achieve a healthier immune system as well as help with joint pain from conditions like arthritis. How exactly?

Copper is a vital part of the body’s immune system. Positive and negative magnetic fields created by copper help energy flow through the body. Ionized copper was used by ancient Egypt to “purify” water. In addition, the body absorbs small amounts of copper into the bloodstream, where it binds together with enzymes used to aid in the creation of hemoglobin, which is an essential protein that the body uses to repair and heal itself.

Copper bowls draw out positive ions (which are bad for us), neutralizing electrostatic energy in the body. When soaking the feet in copper, the positive ions that accumulate around us are balanced, leaving our bodies better able to fight off environmental pollutants.
