Cancellation Policy

 

I am a small business, a one women band and so cancellations can have quite an impact on my business - I do understand that life happens and now and again something happens at the last minute that you can't avoid.  I would politely ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel an appointment and that a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancelled or rescheduled appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50 % charge

Cancellations within 24 hours and no shows will incur a 100% charge.

If you turn up late for your appointment and I am not able to complete your treatment due to other appointments, I may need to cut your appointment short - the full price of the appointment will require to be paid.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you purchase a product and realise it is the wrong one or is incorrect for your skin then we can happily exchange it for another product if it is unopened and all seals are still intact or provide a refund if you have proof of purchase and within 28 days of the original sale. If an item has been opened then unfortunately we are unable to provide an exchange or refund.

If the product has caused an allergy or appears faulty, following an investigation and further consultation, we will provide a refund for the item with proof of purchase and within 28 days of the original sale.

Items returned must be in their original condition and unused, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.

​

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please send your returned goods enclosing your name, address, order number and reason for return/exchange to:

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Vouchers are valid for 9 months from date of purchase.

  2. Full or partially used vouchers will not be extended past expiry date.  Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

  3. Vouchers are non-refundable 

  4. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for money​

  5. For single therapy vouchers, if a therapy is booked at a value less than the therapy on the voucher, no monetary amount in change to the difference in price will be given 

  6. Single therapy vouchers can be changed to a therapy of greater value however the difference in price will need to be paid

  7. For monetary value vouchers, if a therapy is booked at a lesser amount than the voucher, no monetary amount in change to the difference in price will be given however the remaining balance on the voucher can be used for any future appointments as long as it is used within the voucher validity period

  8. Monetary value vouchers can be used in part payment towards therapies of a greater value​

  9. Therapies need to be booked in advance. Once you have received your voucher(s), please have your voucher number available when making your booking including You will need to bring your voucher with you and exchange at your appointment

  10. If you lose your voucher, please contact me as details will be in my records

  12. Fiona Dalziel Holistic Therapy reserves the right on all decisions regarding gift vouchers
